Ordered beers , the beers came in room temperature which were undrinkable . No waiter was around whatsoever and we tried to call them 3 times in a span of 20 minutes through their device for the waiters. When the waiter finally came he had an ironic smirk like we are all crazy and the beers were perfectly cold , he held the beer and told us that this was cold for sure 20 minutes ago and after discussing for a while he agreed to bring us another round (20 minutes in still no beers on our table)

I don't even know how to describe this place. First we have the Hookah that never stops to impress every single time I order something new they manage to out perform themselves. Then we have the amazing tea variety which I personally recommend the Russian tea as my personal favorite. But the most important out of everything is the amazing staff that are always on their A game and provide the best service possible.
