I ordered a hookah from the DarnaShop online store. On the day of delivery, it arrived broken. I immediately contacted them by email and sent a photo and video of the broken hookah. I also opened a dialogue on the website. On September 16, 2025, I wrote to them for the first time. Three days later, they replied that they would think about what to do with my damaged item. Absolutely outstanding service! Super fast responses, and my order arrived in just 1 day to the Netherlands (see screenshot)—which I’ve never experienced before. I was extremely satisfied with everything. UPDATE : as i informed them, I did not pick up the order, so it was returned to the seller by the courier. The tracking shows they received the package two weeks ago. Since then, I have emailed them three times about my refund, but they are ignoring me not replying my mails and have not returned my money. I have submitted an official complaint with the French government for online fraud. It’s honestly shameful to treat a customer like this over €65.
