So disappointed! Before (back in the Zanzibar days) it was good, they were selective. Now it's a young clientele dressed very vulgarly, plus they serve alcohol when they didn't before. No organization, and on top of that, people smoke cigarettes inside 😡

Unbelievable! I was already very disappointed by the entrance since the change of ownership, where men are strongly discouraged, but groups of thugs get in without any problem. The alcohol service makes the place unsafe, and on top of that, it doesn't open during opening hours and doesn't close during closing hours. Luckily, there are other interesting places in Lyon.

Unfortunately, we can't give it zero stars. The welcome was catastrophic, the staff extremely unpleasant and condescending towards their customers! Avoid this place at all costs; save your money for somewhere else! Consider closing your establishment if you have absolutely no manners.

Absolutely terrible since the change of ownership. The bald bouncer they put at the door needs to relax; he's not managing the entrance to a nightclub, he's managing a shisha lounge! He was dismissive, so we went somewhere else. There's no shortage of shisha lounges in Lyon.
