The pickup point is available when you select delivery, but then they refuse the packages. My package has been waiting for three days because someone doesn't care about doing things properly and has removed their availability as a pickup point. Avoid them at all costs.

Major refund problem because of this parcel pickup point. Avoid at all costs! My parcel was returned to the sender for no reason after just two days, even though I went twice that day to collect it and it was closed. The opening hours are wrong. Now I'm struggling to get a refund. This whole thing is going to cost me €82 if I don't get it back. So, thanks a lot for the service!
