This bar, which did not obtain permission from the building's owners' association to open, is causing serious disturbances in the neighborhood. Parking by the manager's entourage is completely chaotic, with cars and scooters systematically parked on the sidewalks. The bar's patrons are often outside in the street, shouting on their phones or talking very loudly until late, with absolutely no consideration for the neighbors. This complete lack of consideration and respect for the rules of community life is no longer acceptable.
