I had to go 3 times to collect a package because it is not open during the opening hours mentioned, especially not in the morning!! Unable to move the last time, I sent a friend with the code to collect the package, he did not want to give the package, asking for the ID that I sent by phone, and then he could not find the package, it was my friend who found the package on the ground. 2 other people also complained about the free opening hours, especially do not use a relay point!! The person, although very calm, is incompetent.
