Bought a shisha from them, had a part missing and I contacted them (although hard, they replied to my email) and everything went smooth and easy, the replacement part has been sent (hopefully the original one) appreciated the support from the team and the fast reaction, as a big company this shouldn’t have happened, but as long as everything is good, I just have to wait 1-2 weeks to recieve my part that was missing in order to smoke efficiently and enjoy my hookah.
