Advice: Don't go! I had to give it one star, but if I could, I'd give it none, lol! The shisha was poorly prepared, the charcoal wasn't going out, so I thought, well, these things happen, it can be fixed… But when you combine that with the bad-boy attitude of the waiter or manager (I don't know), it's just a big no. At first, I thought it was just clumsiness or his personality, but actually, no, he's just incredibly unpleasant and condescending, both in the way he serves customers and in how he speaks to them. Customer service really needs improvement.

This review would be in English, but since the short, blonde, and rude girl who works there doesn't speak English, I'll translate it for her. Disgusting service. Once the hookah arrived, he brought it with a round charcoal that wasn't even good for lighting the fire. When we asked for organic charcoal, he told us we should have been notified beforehand and that it would cost €5 extra, even though we were never told we had a choice of charcoal. Despite this, only the charcoal was changed, leaving the original head behind. Disgusting hookah and equally disgusting service. ☺️
