Hence 4 stars..We paid extra as we wanted natural cube coal...so our shisha cost 17€ ... bit cheeky to charge extra especially as a lot of customers dont like using the discs...Cans of drink expensive 5€ each. No glass. No ice.. just a straw...Plus each custoner HAD to spend money... although i didnt want a drink when i first got there it was compulsory i had either a drink or a shisha... basically you are forced to spend money.... perhaps if they were less money focused and more client focus they would get better
