I absolutely love the energy of this club, the atmosphere is fantastic. That being said, I was there last Sunday and the music was way, way too loud, far exceeding reasonable levels. As a result, I've had persistent tinnitus ever since. It's a real shame, because I love the place, but hearing health shouldn't be neglected.

1 star, but I should give it 0!!! A security guard who thinks they're in charge of the Élysée Palace? Strangely, I saw people of color being refused entry. Even the most beautiful girls I saw in line were turned away! So, what's worse? Girls or boys, if you look too Caribbean, don't even bother going; you'll just wait outside for nothing because you won't get in? Telling us "we need your names on the list" only to then refuse us entry for NO REASON when a group of men tries to let us in? (Because even the other security guards didn't understand.) The security guard at the entrance behaved disrespectfully and humiliatingly. He tsk-like while speaking to us and addressed us in a contemptuous manner. We were told that entry was by reservation only, but the way he said it was inappropriate, as if we were homeless (I was wearing Chanel shoes and carrying an YSL bag). Yet, the people entering at that moment were anything but "classy." A minimum of respect and professionalism is essential in an establishment that receives the public. I do not recommend it.
