I've ordered from their website several times and it's very fast. The issue I want to raise regarding the legal puffs is that this is the second time it's happened to me, and it's really annoying. The puff is brand new, well-packaged, and when you fill it with e-liquid and take your first puff, the coil is already burned out. I follow the precautions and generally wait a good 10 minutes before inhaling so the e-liquid saturates properly. Doesn't even deserve one star. I went to his shop not long ago and he's not pleasant at all and speaks rudely. Despite that, I bought a puff that tasted burnt. Honestly, if you have the time, go to the grocery store a little further down the road; it's much better.
