Rafal★★★Food pretty decent, place moderately cheap. Service average (got a soup I didn't order, kept wondering if I'd get what I did). Went during lunchtime - place definitely has a night club vibe, could've done without dance music being blasted directly into my head holes. Did not try shisha.
