I came here with my girlfriend during our recent visit to Berlin, and I was thoroughly impressed by both the service and quality of this lounge. Although it was late at night and we did not speak German, they had an English-speaking staff member who was extremely friendly and accommodating. The shisha was great quality and they changed our coals multiple times. The service here was exceptional. My boyfriend and I were looking for a chill shisha place and found exactly that. We had the mango flavored shisha, some beers, and shared a cheeseburger, and it all came out to about €40 which is an excellent price. When they brought out the burger, we were already halfway through eating it when our server told us they’d accidentally left the cheese off our burger and offered to make us a new one for free (which we declined because it was already delicious anyway). Probably the best shisha I have smoked in Berlin thus far. Flavor is still there even after an hour. The owner is also really nice and gave me some free snacks to go with my shisha. I will definitely return.
