We specifically reserved a table for a nice evening out as a group of three. The tables and seating were in a disastrous state. It took at least 30 minutes for a server to come to our table, even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. The service was very unfriendly and incompetent. It felt like the restaurant didn't need customers, but rather the customers needed the restaurant. If you want to pay a lot of money for terrible service, this is the place for you. Otherwise, I strongly advise you to avoid this establishment.

I reserved a seat here for myself and my brothers because of a European Championship match. We were given a seat where only two of us could watch the game. One of us had to face the back. That would have been manageable, but we could only see part of the screen because of a heater. We then politely asked if it could be moved somewhere else. The employee rudely denied this and didn't offer us any alternative. Unfortunately, we had to leave because we couldn't watch the game that way.
