We were there today as a couple and felt very comfortable. The waitress was very courteous, attentive, and friendly, frequently checking on us to make sure everything was alright. The drinks were delicious, and the shisha was also very tasty. We will definitely be back.

There were two of us, and we ordered a shisha, two black teas, and a splash of milk in a small cup for the teas. The drinks arrived fairly quickly, but the shisha took 20 minutes. What shocked me was that four guests who arrived after us received their shishas sooner. After 15 minutes, I asked about it, and the waitress said, "Isn't the shisha here yet?" She even looked between our chairs, which I found very odd. I used to love coming to this place, but now I feel uncomfortable. And when we paid, they charged us almost €1 for that little splash of milk.
