Stay away from this online shop. The hookah arrived damaged. I've been trying to contact them for a week through every channel (WhatsApp, email, website form, phone). No response, no confirmation of receipt, no "we're very busy, we'll get back to you." On the phone, I was on hold for 10 minutes and then they hung up. As soon as I get my money back, never again.

Poor workmanship on the hookah! On top of that, incredibly brazen and abysmal "service"! Better to steer clear! The threads on the hookah (Ocean Hookah) weren't properly deburred. There are still metal shavings stuck to the threads (see photo). Because the gasket on the charcoal tray was simply placed on top without removing the metal shavings, it tore immediately when first screwed on, and the hookah is now leaking air at that point.
