Cash only payments. They tell you that at the end and point you to an ATM across the street with 3% tax… It takes a lot of effort to grab the waitress’ attention. The hookah itself was ok. No changing of charcoal exists. Last but not least, after you paid 3% at the ATM they decline to return proper change, despite the fact you have seen them returning coins five minutes ago.
