A very disappointing and opaque experience. We paid for our tickets properly and even received a stamp on our hand at the entrance. Despite this, the entire card system was never explained. A friend of ours had to step outside briefly because he wasn't feeling well. During this time, his card was confiscated by staff and not returned. Later, however, the employees claimed they had returned the card and even demanded €90 for it. The biggest problem is the lack of transparency. Unfortunately, very disappointing. I was there for an event, for which I paid a ticket. Right at the entrance, they handed me a contactless payment card with a "10 Euro minimum spend" requirement. So I essentially had to buy my way out; even if I returned the card unused, I still had to pay 10 euros. The DJ was awful; I have no idea whose responsibility that was.
