Well, it was not a good experience. A friend recommended the place, so we decided to give it a try. The place looks really cool, and the staff were very friendly and spoke English. However, the shisha was quite disappointing; the taste and intensity were not as they should be. The friendly staff asked us how it was and whether we were happy. We shared our feedback, and they offered to change it. Unfortunately, no one came back to fix or replace it. We paid and left.

Had the best evening at 3 Faces! The bartenders and staff were so friendly! Ordered a few drinks and they were made to perfection. The hookah was very high! Would definitely stop in for a visit!

Happy with the experience. Got seated immediately even though we did not have a reservation. Very helpful waitress who spoke perfect English (something unique in Germany as it seems....). Cocktails were Really Good!!!!!! Highly recommend them. And this must have been the best shisha I've had so far ! At the end we paid 30 euro for shisha and two cocktails and we were there for 2-2.5hours.
