I had a very unpleasant experience at this lounge. We were treated poorly by the blonde waitress, whose behavior was clearly motivated by discrimination and homophobia. Regardless of personal views, every customer deserves to be treated with basic decency and respect. The toxic atmosphere created by her staff's attitude ruined our evening. Will not be returning

Very good shisha and good deal if you come before 7 pm 1 shisha and 1 drink is 13 euros very good deal. Shisha is also good. Will return to this place the next time I come te Frankfurt.

What a great night we spent with girls at “The Place”. Shisha was amazing, staff members so friendly and attentive, DJ kept us dancing all night. If in Frankfurt, give it a go indeed! Thank you all guys, you made our stay in Frankfurt memorable.

Shisha is not good. Neither it has thick smoke nor it works for more then 30 minutes. I came to this place relying on rating but I can’t believe the rating of this place is fare. Drinks at the bar are only good if bottled. Cocktails are not so nice.
