We drove all the way to Hanover last night because we'd only heard good things about this shop. The store made a fantastic impression, boasts a diverse selection, and basically has everything you could want. We were greeted warmly by the staff, who were able to professionally assist us in our search for a high-quality hookah. The receptionist immediately recognized our interest and gave us thorough advice, so we left the shop absolutely delighted with our new, top-quality hookah. A huge thank you to the staff! I've ordered twice so far. The first time everything went quite well. Unfortunately, the second time wasn't so great. I ordered two types of tobacco. A week later, I received a call saying the prices had changed and I would have to pay extra for the items I'd ordered. Since I didn't think that was fair, I refused. I think it would be more appropriate to adjust the prices on the website than to contact all customers by phone. On the phone, they told me I would get my money back.
