saw this place has high rating so decided to try. I asked for a cold icy flavour. they recommended cold peach but it wasnt cold so I asked to change ice bon bon which was supposed to be a cold flavour as i tried it at another nearby cafe before but it turned out worse than previous flavour. end up i had to spend 3 euro more to get ice pipe. customer satisfaction is not their thing here so i wouldnt recommend this place.

Florya's shisha lounge is a truly cozy spot with a great atmosphere and high-quality shisha. Every visit feels pleasant and relaxing—simply perfect for unwinding! The team also deserves high praise. Adel, Bashar, and Mazen always provide a friendly welcome and first-class service. And Chef Mohamed impresses with his professionalism and delicious dishes, which complete the experience. A place I would definitely recommend! ⭐🔥
