I went to the café today and was very disappointed. Despite making eye contact several times, the waiter – I think his name was Omet – didn't come to our table. When I finally asked him why he wasn't serving us, his only response was: "Why don't you come to me?" – I've never experienced anything like it. As a customer, I expect at least a minimum level of attention and friendliness. It's a shame, because the café itself makes a good impression, but the service in this case was completely unprofessional.
