The food is good but the service is extremely bad. You could wait 30 minutes till someone responds back to you. I asked for the cheese cake to be taken away and instead of replace the chocolate on the top at the side, they smashed it and ruined the look.

We dined in the restaurant Black Iris at the hotel Crown Plaza Amman, and it was delicious and the service was excellent. Love it all and we will come back for sure.
