Jasper Sim★★★★★This has got to be one of, if not my favourite places to eat in Penang. Food is extremely good, very very nice staff, and last but not least very comfortable seats. Giving atmosphere a 4 because it was raining wouldve given a 5 if it wasn't but still it is one of the best places to eat in Penang. Although toiletry is not the best it is still a really good place to eat/eat arab food.
