Staff very friendly at the Rive hotel reception everyone is smiling and being helpful, besides that i was refused entry to the lounge bad bcs of « Dress Code » they told me to go dress something more classy and remove my cap!!!! I’m wearing my comfortable hoodie and a classy black pants and a cap what’s wrong with that ? Since when entraining a lounge bar at the hotel you are staying in requires wearing classy !? Honestly i felt offended and disrespected

We have booked for our friend birthday, once at the entrance they block us and said that they not receive the booking, what happened that the person taking reservations has book the table 2 times for two people’s !! They arrange the table for us at the final… once there the service was very normal the staff ask every time for tips. Montecristo Rabat is really the bad one. 2* Stars for the music and the atmosphere.

Outstanding service, our waitress was very welcoming and patient with our mediocre french. The only downside was that when the live band started playing, it was so loud that you couldn't have a normal conversation. The hookah was very high quality.
