Elisa alhamad★1⭐ Bad experience today. The staff member working today 17/february 2026 about the time 15:24:53 , who served me was rude and unhelpful, and did not explain the products. Last week another employee was polite and helpful, so this was very disappointing. The pricing also seemed incorrect. One flavor was €20 and another €15 (total €35), but I was charged €39.98 without any clear explanation. This felt misleading and unprofessional. I hope the shop improves customer service and price transparency.
