Bram van Leeuwen★This lounge is exactly why train traveling will never win it from flying. Opening hours are limited so if you have an early train or late train it’s already closed. Drinks are limited to one per person. Furniture is old and broken. No food selection available. Often cramped and not enough space. Trains are often delayed (so far 25% of my 48 international train trips in total) Compare this to airline lounges and the flying experience…train traveling still has a long way to go for the seasoned business traveller.
Jurgen Fuykschot★They should expand the opening times. Early and late Eurostar trains are not serviced, which is exactly when you want to be in a lounge rather than sitting in a freezing station.
Gabriel Bogdan Lascu★★It’s good to have this option before travelling but it’s away from a real lounge experience… At least a place to drink a glass of water and to have a coffee in a quite place before your départ. Me, personally I didn’t feel welcomed at all, the person for check in doesn’t respond to hello and thanks&good bye…You have the impression that he is forces to be there… It’s good because you can pay 6€ to have access even if you don t have a 1st classe ticket, so it’s for everyone, and if/when you want to buy something is not very expensive…But overall, was not a great expérience🤷🏽 Thanks anyway🙏🏻
Pascal W★★★★★Nice lounge to quickly do some work from whilst waiting for the Thalys. Good free WiFi. One free fizzy drink included. Free coffee and tea. Seating is comfortable and there are desks where you can work on and charge your laptop.
