Short, do not buy from here. They have zero customer service if something goes wrong with your order. Long, I’ve been purchasing my charcoal and other shisha amenities from here for a year. Recently, I couldn’t get my order and postnl delivered it to a far pick-up location. I couldn’t pick it up, so it was sent back to the sender. I sent them two emails so they can tell me how I can get it delivered again. I received no reply after more than a week.

Website is barely usable, I rarely come across such a bad website. It's so annoying that it constantly redirects me to some non-existing "undefined" page. Seemingly good option to log in with Facebook resulted in nothing more than an error. Auto-translate feature for some reason translated my home address which made me worry. It's impossible to copy shop's physical address. I like the selection and prices in general but I guess I will never shop here again because of how incredibly poor the experience with the website is.

This is a place with terrible customer service, at least when shopping online. Back in 2017 I made an order with the shop via email with bank transfer. Got the shisha, no problems. HOWEVER, I wanted to order a new shisha from this shop recently, as I was happy with my previous order, BUT I wasn't prepared to have the exact opposite experience. Basically no replies to emails, called them over the phone, told me they will call me back later, it's been a few weeks now, wrote them another email to remind, no reply.
