We came over to this lounge specifically to watch the City v Arsenal game and had a great experience from start to finish. Dima was extremely welcoming as soon as we arrived and went out of his way to make sure we were looked after properly. He made sure we had the best seats possible so we could fully enjoy the match and really enhanced the whole viewing experience for us.
