Extremely disappointing experience at Al Nassim, and it ended up ruining part of our holiday. We ordered the tabbouleh, muhammara and shish tawooq chicken. When the chicken was served, several pieces were visibly undercooked and still raw in the middle. We raised this with staff, and while they apologised, the same dish was simply taken back and recooked rather than replaced with a fresh one. By the next morning, both of us were unwell with symptoms consistent with food poisoning. As this was the only meal we had both shared, we strongly suspect it was from this restaurant.
