I never knew about “the best Shisha experience in MADRID” they brag about in their logo because the shisha never got to our table. It took forever to be ready and after 30 minutes I asked what was going on with it, they just told us “it’s coming…”. Sorry that the first experience wasn’t “the best”

The shisha is good but there is an employee there who is so rude and disrespectful, he started screaming at us because he thought “we were asking for too many things”. Even though he was the one who would be on his phone while we were trying to ask for everything at the same time. I couldn’t believe how rude he was.
