We ordered four milkshakes of different flavors with toppings. The surprise came when the guy behind the bar served us, huffing and puffing, saying that making the milkshakes was a huge job. I asked if they had them, and he said yes, but again, that it was work. The atmosphere was quiet and there wasn't a lot of noise. I also think that when you're dealing with the public and projecting an image for a business, it's not good to serve customers with little enthusiasm and a lack of motivation.
