I bought several products online on August 22nd. They sent me half of what I ordered, and I'm still waiting for the rest. They don't answer the phone, and it's impossible to contact them. All they tell me is that they've shipped it, which is a lie. Don't buy from them. They're completely unprofessional.

I bought 5 Aroma King Menthol through the website, they sent me 5 of Cool Mint, I called them and they said they were sending them, I never received them, I placed another order beforehand calling to see if they had Menthol, they said yes, and after 2 weeks without receiving the order they blocked my phone, of course I have reported them.

They are very unprofessional. I had a problem with my package, and they refused to take responsibility, were rude, and offered no solution, saying it wasn't their fault, but the delivery company's. They don't answer calls from private individuals, and when I called them again, they were incredibly rude and offered no solution. Please let my experience serve as a warning and don't buy from them again.
