Waited over 45min for new coals, customer service was terrible tonight, people there longer then me didn't get there coals changes either, €16 for shisha, lots of other places around that are cheaper also

Actually they deserve a ZERO but the minimum rating is one star.. We waited for 30 minutes to order. In the end we got our chichas (it hurt the throat) and then waited another 30 minutes to get the coals changed (in the mean time the flavour burned down. The staff didn't give a sht about us (probably because we didn't speak Spanish). It's also more expensive than the other chicha bars. In addition to that the chair was uncomfortable. I recomend you to go to other places nearby..
