This was the first Shisha-Lounge we‘ve visited on our stay in Valencia. (Shisha Messe) I can really recommend this place. The Staff is Great, the Hookahs are nice and the Tobacco selection doesn’t leave any unfulfilled wishes. The Design of the Fenix Lounge is very good and cozy and our Seating was comfortable. Our Hookah got a little too hot which was unfortunate but the Fenix staff literally just exchanged it Free of Charge which you don’t see everywhere and obviously not take for granted. I was waiting too long to get the hookah prepared. They were swapping the carbon to people before i got mine. I was about to go then then decided to give me the coal to start. The staff was even smoking the hookah before serving us and watching us look confused.
