Amazing shisha lounge in Valencia. Very good service and pleasant atmosphere. Alexandra, our waiter, was really helpful and kind. We tried the Napoleon cake which tasted like home. The shisha was very tasty and quite strong and the staff was attending our table the whole visit. will definitely come back again and would recommend this place!

Very nice shisha and very nice food. Service is hit and miss. Today I was served my food, and five minutes later I was told that the table had a reservation and I had to hurry up - something that could've been mentioned while I was ordering my food I asked for at least a reasonable time to finish eating, but another waiter came after another five minutes and asked me to pay because people were waiting. Eventually they let the people wait for the table to empty, but I was confused to be served food just to be told to finish it quickly. The pressure was unpleasant and I couldn't enjoy my food p

We just drove all the way to this shisha bar in Valencia, only to be told that we couldn’t go inside without a reservation — at 2:00 PM, a completely normal time in the middle of the day. What made it even more frustrating is that the place was practically empty inside and there were plenty of free tables. They told us we could only sit outside, but you’re not allowed to smoke shisha outside, which makes absolutely no sense and defeats the whole purpose of going to a shisha bar. There was no information anywhere saying that a reservation is required, and the way it was handled felt totally u
