It's a place you shouldn't go unless you're really desperate. I bought a glass pipe, it was cracked, we exchanged it, but it cracked again on the first use. I tried to buy cube charcoal, but different charcoal came out of the box. The tobacco is open; they're selling us back what others have returned.
