We arrived at 12 noon, and there were only a few people there. We placed our order, which took about 45 minutes, and on top of that, my order was prepared incorrectly. Only the french fries were fresh; the other ingredients were either stale or seemed like they had been frozen and then reheated. It's an ideal place for playing games like Okey and smoking hookah; I definitely don't recommend it for food.

The food is good and the place is clean. It's one of my favorite cafes in Balgat. The menu has a wide variety of food and drink options. The food is delicious and the service is fast. They also have Okey (Turkish card game) tables, which are a separate, high-quality service; it deserves a try.
