I shopped at this store and bought a complete hookah set and many accessories. However, I was not at all satisfied. The store owner was extremely rude and harsh. His concern for customer satisfaction was almost zero. 👎🏼👎🏼 His behavior and personality left a very bad impression on me. Therefore, I see no reason to ever set foot in this store again.

Do not buy anything from here. I bought a hookah set from them, and the problem is that smoke was coming out of the hookah, but I couldn't taste the flavor. When I went to them and told them, they said it was due to the bowl and sold me a different bowl. When I tried again that evening, I got no results. The next day, when I went back to the shop and explained my problem again, the person at the cash register went upstairs saying they would check it.
