High-quality and inexpensive hookah. Located next to the Green Tomb. There are rows of cafes. All the hookah attendants are Syrian. It gets difficult to find a seat, especially in the evenings. The places empty out and close around 1 AM. However, hookah cafes should stay open much later.

It's a place where you can have tea, coffee, and hookah. You can go with your friends. The service quality isn't top-notch, but it's still a place you can spend some free time. The staff changes constantly, creating an atmosphere where you can order something new after sitting for a while. Prices are reasonable. They also have light snacks like gözleme (Turkish flatbread) and toast. While I don't think the cleanliness is top-notch, it's not inedible either. In fact, the gözleme is quite good. You sit in a garden covered with a canopy and supported by heaters. It has its own unique atmosphere.
