There's a guy named Ali working there who never smiles and chooses his customers when making purchases. The business isn't catering to customer needs, and the products are expensive. They sell loose tobacco besides packaged tobacco, but they sell it by their own weight. When you make a request as a customer, they refuse it, forcing their own sales methods. They don't offer solutions; instead, they're rude and use their words and actions to send customers away without making a purchase. In short, it's far from being a proper business owner. I don't recommend it; be cautious when shopping there.

Wow, a company can't be this good. A perfect location, a perfect atmosphere, and a perfect boss. For those who don't know, they can't offer discounts on tobacco. After all, all their products are tax-labeled; they don't determine the prices themselves. The quality of the tobacco is already top-notch.
