Everything was fine with my first order, but they forgot about the second one; it took a week to arrive. People get products from Europe in a day these days, but we got ours from Istanbul in six days. If I hadn't reminded them, it wouldn't have arrived at all. I couldn't go out to the market to buy it because I was in quarantine, so I opted for courier delivery, but things didn't go as planned.

First of all, thank you for the secure shopping experience. I made a purchase of 300 TL, but the seller's interest and helpfulness were zero; it was as if they were forcing me to buy. This is not how trade and business should be, and unfortunately, it cannot be like this.

I've shopped with them 3 or 4 times without any problems. This last time, they said the package was lost and they would resend it, but a week has passed and the package still shows as missing. I've contacted the shipping companies, and even though they're online, I'm not getting any replies.

There's a communication problem; the products were damaged and sent differently than advertised, and they were sent without asking or informing us. Days have passed since we contacted them, and they only responded with a short sentence and then ignored us. The shipping cost was higher than what was stated; the only positive aspect was that it was somewhat affordable. Otherwise, it's completely flawed.
