I recently dined at this restaurant, and I must say, the rooftop offers a truly breathtaking view of the Blue Mosque, which I would rate as five-star. For my meal, I selected the Adana kebab, chicken kebab, and shrimp. While the food was satisfactory, I have experienced more exceptional cuisine in other establishments nearby. The service was below average. However, the primary reason for my lower rating stems from what I perceive as questionable practices. I just wanted a dinner with a beautiful view of the Blue Mosque and I will say I was shocked with how amazing this place was! The view 😍 🕌 10/10 absolutely could not be beat. It’s literally right across from the mosque! The service 10/10 so friendly and spoke English also! Shoutout to James!! Had an absolutely wonderful experience at Ararat Terrace Restaurant . From the moment we arrived, James made us feel genuinely welcome—such an amazing host, professional, warm, and incredibly pleasant throughout the evening. The food was outstanding, full of flavor and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was just as impressive—great energy, stylish, and perfect for a relaxing meal. You can really tell they care about every detail here. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Great service, friendly staff. But the food is just not good. The doner is very dry, and the meat on the Turkish-style pizza was just the same as the doner meat. The view was okay. Again, since this restaurant is located on the touristy side, they are charging a premium. The quality of the food cannot justify the price they charge.
