I saw it on Sahibinden (a Turkish online marketplace) and ordered it. Before ordering, they said they would cover the cost of any breakage or missing parts. The product arrived, but some parts were missing. I spent a week constantly messaging them and waiting for a response. At the end of the week, I received the missing parts via cash on delivery. Would I order again? No. Was I a victim of this? No. There was no interest or follow-up. We were forced to do business together. :)

You can find all kinds of tobacco and hookah products, but cards are not accepted. If you don't have cash, don't go there. I visited 5 hookah shops in Mercan. I found tobacco here that none of them had. Thank you to the friend who helped me. I recommend it.

The owner of this place is a fraud!! I bought Ayyıldız brand tobacco from here. The expiration date is 2024, but they're putting new labels on expired products. The actual expiration date is 2021. I called the regional office, they're in Hatay province. They said, "I'll call you, I'll look into it," but they're still calling after a month. Be careful, this company is a scam.
