Great atmosphere, relaxed. Good place for tourists to visit. Great tasting food. Shisha was so smooth and easy to smoke, with distinct flavour. Excellent customer service and attention given. Staff were always available when needed. Heaters and blankets were accessible for the cold. Complimentary tea/coffee were served after the meal and bill was paid. Absolutely wonderful experience. Definitely a place to return to.

This experience is a great way to immerse yourself in a new culture... One of my key highlights during my four day stay in Istanbul was trying hookah / shisha here for the first time. Martin, the store manager, and his crew are very polite and guided me through the full experience (incl. the preparation and how the process works etc). This is a must-try experience that I can't recommend highly enough!
