Muhammet Ercan YILDIZ★There was pleasant music playing in the background, but the customer service was terrible; they didn't know how to talk to customers. The tea was bad, and when I ordered hot chocolate, they brought me a Nestle brand or a cheaper brand of hot chocolate in a porcelain bowl without stirring it. I paid 140 TL for two teas and a hot chocolate I didn't even drink. I definitely do not recommend it.
