We found it while searching for hookah places in Istanbul, and it was definitely a great choice. The place is spectacular: the ambiance and lighting create the perfect atmosphere to relax and completely unwind. The menu, both for drinks and hookahs, is excellent; you can tell they really know what they’re doing, and they guide you based on your preferences, which is greatly appreciated. Very nice ambiance, the lights give a special feeling. The hookah is very good. They also have a large selection of flavors. I especially have to emphasize that the staff is very friendly, we were hosted by Timur who was friendly, all praise for him as well as the rest of the staff. Highly recommended for this place.

The hookah I ordered (raspberry and mint) was smooth and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the service really let the experience down. Hookah took 40 minutes to arrive, and I had to ask for a water bottle three times. The menu is only in Turkish and Russian, and none of the staff speak English, so be ready with Google Translate. It’s extremely dark inside, you will need your phone torch just to pour tea. I get the red-and-black smokey vibe they’re going for, but more lighting would help. Overall, good hookah but slow service is massive let down. Won't be returning again.

Best shisha/hookah I ever had, normally never taste the flavour but here was definitely able to taste the flavour, overall great service, premium hookah and fresh smoothie/juice. Felt like the staff wanted me to get a drink but it was worth it.
