Zen Merina★Go ahead and drink tea in a dirty cup with baking soda if you want. The owner puts out chairs and reserves parking spaces as he pleases. I suspect it's connected to the municipality, politics, or shady places; for some reason, while the Fatih municipality removes chairs and tables from other businesses, they stubbornly ignore this place.
