The service is extremely slow, and the shisha is below standard (considering that I’ve been smoking the same flavor for the last 35 years). I was expecting to get the best shisha in Istanbul, but it was a big disappointment. The young guy preparing the shisha was trying to convince me it’s good for him. For the price I am paying (around 50 euros), I was expecting he will change it immediately and make sure I am fully satisfied.

Even though I was called by the Google number and I had made a reservation, they said that you did not make a reservation. Even though they had an empty seat by the water, they did not accept us. The variety of food was very low and of poor quality.
